Crystalline Quilt Pattern Release

Crystalline is a pattern that’s been in my mind for almost a whole year! Its faceted half rectangle triangle blocks make it a unique challenge, and I wanted to make sure I had the instructions as streamlined as possible for success. I’m so excited to finally be able to release it!

There are two Crystalline samples - a baby size with some borders that I added for fun, and a throw size. Because of a complicated pregnancy, the throw sized was generously pieced and quilted by the talented Debbie Thompson of Sweet Little Quilts. She brought my vision to life beautifully!

One of my favorite things about this pattern is how the longer you stare at it the more you see secondary designs inside of it!

Check out that amazing texture! I love the effect that an ombre fabric pull has with this pattern. This particular blue palette is available as a kit from Great Heron Thread Co.

The baby version of this quilt was made using the softest Diamond Textiles woven fabrics. I love the texture these give this baby quilt, which was made for my own daughter!

I wanted to add some extra sage green to my quilt, so I added three borders around my quilt in stages, measuring as I went!
